Jai Jai is a 10-year-old rabbit, considered a senior by rabbit standards. Due to his age and need for daily medication, both we and the owner placed extra care on every step of his relocation to the UK farm.
We closely coordinated with the airline, customs, and the quarantine facility to ensure the process went smoothly and without error.
The farm was also extremely attentive, arranging staff to administer Jai Jai’s medication on schedule and providing regular vet checkups. They even shared photos and videos frequently, allowing the owner to stay reassured during the quarantine period.
To offer further comfort, we created a UK pet support WhatsApp group. When other pet owners visited the farm, they would play a voice recording from Jai Jai’s owner. Every time he heard the familiar voice, Jai Jai excitedly stomped his feet in response.
Jai Jai has now completed his quarantine and reunited happily with his owner.
