Fa Fa is a Solomons Cockatoo. Her owner had always thought she was female and named her " Fa Fa ", until the vet visit revealed the hilarious mix-up about her gender. Since Hua Hua is an endangered species, we handled all the CITES import/export permits and even arranged for a vet to come by for a health check, making sure everything met the UK’s rules.
On departure day, you should’ve seen it: as we were strapping Fa Fa in, that cheeky bird just kept nibbling through the harness—so funny! When she landed in the UK, she looked a bit dazed at first, but by day two she’d bounced right back, chatting away with her owner like nothing happened!

For safety reasons, we advised removing it. Sisi resisted, but the owner cleverly distracted her with paper, allowing the house to be taken out.
Sisi boarded smoothly and arrived safely in the UK.

Gai Zai is a cockatiel with star quality. When we first met, he was a bit shy and only danced briefly after some coaxing from his owner.
By the time of his pre-flight health check, he seemed to remember us and happily sang and danced—Gai Zai was truly adorable!
After arriving in the UK, he even gave a "wet look" performance, earning the title of “pop star of the bird world.” The owner also shared that when her daughter was born in the UK. Gai Zai would sing lullabies to help her sleep.
