We assisted Poodle Jill Jai on his journey from the UK to Hong Kong. Due to flight issues, we arranged for Jill Jai to stay at UK agent's centre before his departure.
During his stay at the centre, photos of Jill Jai were taken and shared with us, which we then forwarded to his owner to provide peace of mind.
Upon his arrival in Hong Kong, Jill Jai was incredibly affectionate and kept asking for cuddles. As a result, most of the photos we took for the owner ended up being selfies with him. We are happy to see Jill Jai successfully reunited with his owner.

While waiting for the flight, Bo stayed at our cat hotel, and we sent the owner daily updates. On departure day, we took Bo to the airport, completed the check-in formalities, and Bo arrived safely in the UK.
